All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday
afternoon thru Sunday evening, are usually shipped out
by Monday. Most deliveries should be received within 4-5 business days,
depending on your location and choice of shipping
method. We do offer several shipping options - such as Next Day Air. Please be
aware that orders placed late in the evening
(EST) may not go out the same day, therefore may not arrive Next Day. No orders
will be shipped on Holidays or Weekends.
Rhatid Airsoft will not be held liable for any damage or delay on the part of
the shipping company. Please inspect your boxes
carefully before signing. If there is any evidence of damage, immediately notify
the driver. If boxes appear to be damaged,
you have the right to inspect the merchandise, in the presence of the driver,
and you may want to consider - Refusal of
Delivery. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do
everything we can to help. The person signing for
airsoft gun delivery MUST BE 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pressurized Gas
Any pressurized gas (Green Gas, Silicone Lube, 134a, etc...) CANNOT BE SHIPPED
BY AIR. These items must be
shipped via regular Ground Service. If any non-ground order is placed with these
items included, the order will
be delayed and will be shipped by Ground Service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to
have your gas shipped separately
from your other items, then please place 2 separate orders.
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via U.P.S. (with the exception of
military mail addresses that contain an APO/FPO address) only.
The shipping method you choose is NOT an indication of when your package will be
shipped, but an estimation of how long
it will take to reach you once you receive a U.P.S. tracking number. Any order
originating from or being shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii must choose express shipping due to extended area charges (normal
ground rates only apply to the contiguous 48
States). Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will not be shipped until the express
shipping charges have been paid. If you request
premium service such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, your package will be
shipped to you as requested if the item is in
stock. If you have multiple items in your order and we only have some of your
items in stock we will ship what we can and
the remaining items will be shipped U.P.S. ground or by any other carrier of our
choosing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped USPS priority mail.
All duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the
purchaser. Rhatid Airsoft will not be held liable for the loss or confiscation
of items “deemed illegal” imported into any country as each country has its own
legal requirements for the purchase, importation and use of firearms of any
kind. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they remain
within the confines of the laws of their individual nations.
Rhatid Airsoft will not be responsible for the return
shipment of items that are denied entry into a country.
